WHAT WE CAN ASSESS

Workshop support for working machinery

Choose the machine family and tell us whether it can come to the workshop or needs a site visit. Final diagnosis, repair method, parts and timing depend on inspection and model-specific service information.

Lifting equipment

Mobile and rough-terrain cranes, truck cranes, boom lifts, scissor lifts and telehandlers.

  • Boom, telescopic sections and wear pads
  • Hydraulic cylinders, hoses and leak tracing
  • Winch, slew and travel system assessment
  • Electrical, sensor and control fault triage

Earthmoving & material handling

Backhoe loaders, excavators, loaders, graders, dozers, dumpers and forklifts.

  • Engine, cooling and starting-system diagnostics
  • Hydraulic pumps, cylinders and attachments
  • Track, undercarriage and final-drive inspection
  • Steering, brakes, axle and transmission checks
Rated rigging hook and rope icon

Planned maintenance

Condition-based checks and service planning for a single machine or mixed fleet.

  • Hour-meter and service-history review
  • Fluid, filter, belt and hose inspection
  • Tyre condition and battery test coordination
  • Written findings and repair estimate request
Crane and lifting safetyStructural, rope, hook, brake, limit-device and load-control issues need competent inspection and the machine maker’s service procedure. This page does not certify a crane, lifting accessory or operator, and an online enquiry is not permission to operate unsafe equipment.
ATTACHMENTS · WARNING LIGHTS · LIFTING GEAR

One place for the working setup

Ask us to source attachments and lifting accessories by machine model, pin dimensions, hydraulic flow, reach and rated load. Availability, compatibility, condition and documentation are confirmed for each enquiry.

Machine attachments

Digging, loading, lifting and site-cleanup tools selected for the carrier and job.

  • Excavator, backhoe and loader buckets
  • Hydraulic breakers, augers and compactors
  • Grapples, thumbs, forks and quick couplers
  • Trenching, grading and ditch-cleaning tools

Crane rigging & lifting gear

Enquiries for matched lifting gear and traceable ratings.

  • Wire-rope and fibre-rope slings
  • Grade-rated chain slings and connecting links
  • Lifting hooks, shackles, master links and swivels
  • Webbing / round slings, spreader beams and cable assemblies
Capacity depends on the complete rigging configuration, hitch, angles and weakest component.
Amber rotating beacon icon

Rotating warning beacons

Amber/yellow beacons, LED bars and machine work lights; other colours only after the vehicle, site and applicable rules are checked.

  • 12V / 24V supply and mounting style
  • Rotating, flashing or low-profile LED formats
  • Harness, switch and weather protection
  • Machine-side visibility and fitment check
Colour does not establish road-use permission. Confirm local rules and site policy before supply or use.
Rated lifting equipment onlyRequest maker, model, WLL/SWL, length, grade, hitch and identification marks. We do not describe a rope, chain, hook or sling as suitable from appearance alone. Do not use gear with unreadable identification, damage or an unverified rating; inspection and removal decisions must follow the manufacturer and applicable site rules.

HOW A REQUEST WORKS

Start with the machine plate and symptoms

1

Send identification

Machine type, make, model, year, serial number and meter hours help identify the correct service data.

2

Describe the problem

Tell us the warning code, failed function, leak location, recent repair and whether the machine can move.

3

Confirm assessment

Workshop or field visit, travel, inspection fee, parts and schedule are agreed after reviewing location and scope.

MAINTENANCE NOTES

Model-specific service data matters

Inspection intervals, tightening values, hydraulic settings and lifting checks vary by machine configuration and serial number. Use the correct manufacturer operation and maintenance manual and an appropriately qualified technician for work and safety decisions.

These references inform the general selection and safety notes; OSHA and UK road-light rules are not presented as Pakistan law. Confirm Pakistan requirements and the customer’s site rules before supplying or using equipment.
