Describe the material, bucket requirement, loading height and work surface. Confirm the specific machine, tyres, attachments and daily working hours with the owner.
Location and carriage
Provide your city, site address or GPS pin, start date and expected duration. We check the owner service area and quote mobilization or carriage separately from machine rental. No city coverage or machine stock is assumed without owner confirmation.
Fuel and operating terms
Active loader work and engine-idle fuel use are separate hourly inputs. Road moves need a machine-specific travel or carrier estimate.
Confirm operator, fuel, working hours, overtime, meals, accommodation and any site-specific requirements in the quotation.
From request to booking
- Send the machine requirement and exact site.
- Review the shortlisted owner and actual machine specification.
- Agree the complete rental and carriage quotation.
- Record both parties’ acceptance and booking dates.
Workwear for operators and site teams
Choose workwear, gloves, rainwear and site safety items appropriate to the work. Protective specifications and stock must be confirmed before acceptance.
